Mida Creek

Well this will be a short one as I am bored already of Mida Creek... Don't know what Belinda Carlisle sang about it, would be fascinated to see the words of her song.... maybe she had a more sintilating time than we did.

First bat it was raining, typical, we chose a day off and it rained..... The three of us set off (Kathleen, Jennifer and myself). Got to the Eco Lodge after a ten mins walk down a dirt track and was met my a French Volunteer. After a quick coffee we set off....

Oops must go for lunch now, so this boring monologue will have to finished later or shall I leave it as it is - mangroves, water, canoe, rain, food, islanders....

  1. We had splendid weather in Italy. Out of 9 days there was only one that you might call less than hot. Sunshine all the way. Simone's family were lovely as always and make me feel very welcome. I just wish I could talk to them. I understand a lot but it is hard work to keep concentrating on conversations.

We went to Pompei and Herculaneum and they were stunning - my first time. Simone has sent your blog link to Federica so you will have an Italian following too. Nigel and Guy are finding it as fascinating as me but people are finding it difficult to work out how to make comments.

    Keep the words flowing.
